Account Registration & Security

When registering a 77ef account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. 77ef uses mobile number verification as part of the registration process to ensure account authenticity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 77ef will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 77ef are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 77ef wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected.

By making a deposit on 77ef, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legally owned by you and are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. 77ef reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time, particularly for large deposit amounts.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 77ef real money balance may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. 77ef processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all accounts.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 77ef does not charge platform fees on withdrawals.

• KYC requirement: Accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) may have withdrawals held pending document submission. This applies particularly to first-time withdrawals and withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must have their applicable wagering requirement met in full before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Real money balance is always available for withdrawal independent of any active bonus.

By claiming any bonus on 77ef, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

Betting Rules

By placing any wager on 77ef – whether on sports markets, casino games, crash games, poker, or any other product – you accept the specific rules applicable to that product. General betting rules applicable across all 77ef products include the following:

• All bets are placed using your real money balance or bonus balance as applicable. The 77ef platform will not allow a bet that exceeds your available balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77ef Platform. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and – where applicable – referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on 77ef simultaneously or sequentially under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the 77ef Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not arise under normal play conditions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of software assistance to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other action on the Platform without explicit written permission from 77ef.
• Colluding with other players in poker, tournaments, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your 77ef account, including allowing minors to place bets or access the Platform using your account credentials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77ef Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77ef content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of 77ef intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ef's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim – contract, tort, or otherwise.

For minor amendments – such as clarifications, corrections, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game availability – 77ef may update the Terms without advance notice. If you disagree with any amendments to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance at any time. 77ef will process such requests in good faith, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or security reviews.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of 77ef shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming and consumer law in the jurisdiction where 77ef holds its operating licence.
